Insurance:

We accept all PPO plans. If coverage is limited or denied, you remain responsible for your payment. You are also responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result less coverage than anticipated.


Treatment Plans:

We will help utilize your insurance benefits to get the most out of your particular insurance policy. We will work with you to devise a payment amendable to us both. We work hard to control the cost of dental care. Before any work is performed, we will sit down together and go over our estimate of charges and procedures needed- every detail.


BROKEN APPOINTMENT POLICY

We honor your time that is reserved for you appointment. It is very important that if an appointment cannot be kept, the chair becomes available for another patient. Therefore, we require our patients to inform us of any cancellation within a 24-hour period.
There will be a $25.00 charge to your account for any appointment not cancelled within the proper amount of time.

Any patient with numerous cancellations will result in dismissal from our active patient list.
